Our Years of Experience Equals Quality Results
For Your Home

When you hire an experienced carpet cleaner, you get the job done right the first time! Through our tested and proven cleaning process, we’ll help you keep your home pristine and beautiful! See our multi-step (no short cuts) process below:

01

Inspect & Quality Pre-treat

This is not a templated approach. We know every single fabric is unique. We’ll work with you to inspect and ensure the most appropriate cleaning solutions for your furniture. We only use tested and approved products and equipment. And most importantly, we allow the proper dwell times to loosen those stubborn embedded soils.

02

Truck-Mounted Hot-Water Extraction

Once the soils are loosened, we provide hot water agitation and extraction. As experienced cleaning specialists, we will ensure your upholstery is at the proper pH level upon completion. This is how your upholstery will remain brighter and cleaner long after we leave your home.

03

Spot Treatments

Most dark spots that look like stains can be removed with our process or with a few additional steps.

This is another reason to only hire experienced professional upholstery cleaners with several years of experience (we've been doing this as a company for more than 25 years). We know how to remove those stubborn spots without causing damage or discoloration to your upholstery.

04

Extra Dry Passes for Quicker Drying

Everyone knows that hot-water extraction is the best process for deep cleaning surfaces. However, one of the biggest complaints many have is the long dry times that come along with deep cleaning your home. This is why we are the preferred cleaner here in Cleveland, because we take additional steps to ensure the fastest dry times possible.

Unfortunately some people will use "dry cleaning" companies, not realizing the tradeoffs involved.

With K&L, you get the best of both worlds simply because we are willing to take the extra steps.

05

Optional Fiber Protection

If we see worn out areas damaged by high traffic and abrasive residue, we will recommend and quote you for a protectant application.

This is a great way to ensure an extended lifetime for your furniture and upholstery. The less wear and agitation, the better. With a professional application of fiber protection, you will even have an easier time cleaning your furniture. Protectant is a trick of the trade!
